I should have given money to those kids
victimized by warfare.. now force to beseech,
Why did I rich my array?

If I were to smile,
I should have smiled for a volunteer,
Serving someone’s life without a price tag,
Why did I smile for my own reward?

If I were to stop,
I should have paused at a begging hand on a road,
He may need some food,
Why did I stop to have meal for my own?
